Aggregate

The mining industry, with its rigorous demand for precision and efficiency in material processing, significantly benefits from advancements in screening media technology.

Role of Screening Media

Screening media is utilized in the mining process to separate and classify raw extracted materials based on size and other physical properties. This separation is crucial for preparing ores for further processing, including crushing, grinding, and beneficiation, to extract valuable minerals and metals.

Idea for screening

Exceptional Wear Life for Abrasive Stone

Aggregate screening rapidly wears out standard screen plates due to the sharp, hard nature of crushed stone. Our high manganese steel and polyurethane screens deliver 2-3 times longer service life than ordinary steel plates. The wavy anti-clogging plate achieves 75-85% sieving rates—15-20% higher than flat plates—while withstanding 100kg-class block impacts. The perforated plate features smooth hole walls that reduce material passage resistance, and our woven composite plate delivers 90% sieving rate with ≤3% particle breakage, ideal for limestone and iron ore applications.

Anti-Bridging & Stone Powder Removal

Aggregate screening faces two key challenges: bridging (large blocks aligning across openings) and stone powder accumulation (fines clogging apertures). Our square hole design follows the formula “hole width = 1.5 × material particle size” to minimize bridging. The elastic rod composite screen plate creates micro-bending movement that shakes off stone powder clumps, achieving >90% sieving rate with ≤5% clogging rate—ideal for manufactured sand. The rubber screen plate cushions impact and reduces noise (15-20dB lower than metal), meeting industrial standards while protecting equipment.
