Superior Anti-Clogging for Wet & Sticky Waste
Our wavy anti-clogging and flip-flow screen plates are specifically engineered for challenging recycling applications. The wavy surface with trapezoidal holes achieves >90% anti-clogging efficiency and 75-85% sieving rates—15-20% higher than flat plates. The flip-flow panel’s tension-relaxation motion, with 5-8mm amplitude and 50-60Hz frequency, effectively strips sticky materials like wet plastic films, food waste mixtures, and organic sludge from apertures, handling moisture content exceeding 20% with 85-95% sieving rates.
High Impact Resistance for Heavy Debris
Recycling operations process materials containing rebar, concrete blocks, and heavy scrap that would damage conventional screens. Our bolted and large-hole screen plates withstand 500-1000kg-class impacts with impact resistance up to 300J/cm². The perforated plate design offers 50-200mm openings with smooth hole walls that reduce material passage resistance. For heavy-duty scalping applications, our high manganese steel construction delivers 2-3 times longer service life than ordinary steel plates, significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance downtime.
